Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website and services of Brooke Lazzarini Photography, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Photography Services

• All services are subject to availability and require advance booking
• Pricing is confirmed at the time of booking and is valid for 30 days
• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your session date
• Final image delivery typically occurs within 2-3 weeks post-session

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 7+ days before session: Full deposit refund or reschedule option
• Cancellations made 3-6 days before: Deposit credited toward future session (valid 6 months)
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before: Deposit forfeited
• Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no additional cost

Image Usage Rights

Brooke Lazzarini Photography retains copyright to all original photographs. Clients receive a print release for personal use (printing, sharing with family, social media). Commercial use requires separate written agreement. Portfolio use of images requires client explicit written consent.

SMS Messaging Terms

By consenting to SMS messaging, you acknowledge that message and data rates may apply from your carrier. You can opt out at any time by texting STOP. For help, text HELP. Consent is not required to purchase goods or services.

Limitation of Liability

Brooke Lazzarini Photography shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in Contra Costa County courts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
